  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup raw almonds
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, beat the eggs for 60 seconds, whipping plenty of air into them.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the following ingredients: almond butter, melted butter, erythritol, cacao powder, water, vanilla extract, beaten eggs, and baking soda. Mix with a hand mixer for a few minutes, combining thoroughly.

  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
