Low Carb Dessert Recipes Easy

So you’re on a keto diet and it’s your daughter’s birthday this weekend. Do you want to know if there’s such thing as a low carb ice cream or birthday cake? Isn’t there anything you can make for your family that will taste delicious that you, your children, and that you and your keto-eating husband can all enjoy?

Well, certainly there is. Just because a sweet treat doesn’t contain conventional sugar doesn’t mean it isn’t delicious or that kids won’t L-O-V-E it. Furthermore, your children deserve healthier sugar-free treats just like you do.

In fact, the ketogenic diet is completely healthy for children and has been used for centuries to treat epilepsy and other neurological disorders in children—and today, doctors hope the ketogenic diet may reverse and prevent ADD, ADHD, and behavior/mood disorders of all kinds.
