It’s a great tool for leaning down quickly and a delicious way to get skinny, too! Here are my favorite fat bomb recipes of all!

Keto Bomb Dessert Recipes: Chocolate Butter Fat Bomb

TOTAL TIME: 35 mins
SERVES: 4

INGREDIENTS:

  • Grass-Fed Butter – 8 tablespoons
  • Fiber Yum – 2 tablespoons
  • Cinnamon – 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla Extract – 1 1/2teaspoons
  • Liquid Stevia – to taste

How to Make ‘Em

  1. In a blender or food processor, mix together all ingredients.
  2. Taste the mixture.  You might want to add a couple of drops of liquid stevia based on your palate.  Fiber Yum is less sweet than other sweeteners, but the syrup like texture works great for this recipe
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts into your molds.
  4. Freeze for at least 20 mins.
  5. Eat one to stay full for hours!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Fat Bombs

Serves 3

Ingredients:

  • 1/4th cup coconut oil
  • ¼ cup no sugar natural peanut butter
  • 2 T. unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 T. xylitol (powdered/granulated)

Directions:

  1. Place coconut oil, peanut butter, unsweetened cocoa powder, xylitol in a double boiler.
  2. Meltdown.
  3. Pour liquid into a cup with a spout to make it easy to pour into molds
  4. Now, pour into your favorite shaped silicone molds
  5. Freeze for around one hour
  6. Remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  7. Garnish with chopped nuts for extra crunch (I like walnuts or pecans)

Coconut Lemon Macadamia Fat Bombs

I LOVE LOVE LOVE these—something about the tart lemon with the creamy coconut oil and the crunchy nuts—it’s extremely tasty and very satisfying!! I’m sure you’ll enjoy this and our other keto bomb dessert recipes as well

  • Coconut Oil – ¼ cup – at room temperature
  • Coconut Butter (aka Manna)  – 1 cup – at room temperature
  • 1-2 lemons
  • Macadamia Nuts – 10-12 nuts
  1. Mix oil, butter, and zest from two lemons – add enough lemon juice to your liking for flavor and to make it nice and liquid.
  2. Now pour into six silicone molds and top with chopped nuts. Freeze for one hour and enjoy some of the tastiest treats you’ve ever had!

Seed and Nut Fat Bombs

Serves 10

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup macadamia nuts
  • ¼ cup ground chia/flax, hemp seed mix
  • ¼ c. coconut oil
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • 5-10 drops stevia

Directions

  1. Pulse nuts, ground seeds, p. butter, and coconut oil in a food processer. You want it still a little lumpy in texture, Add stevia to taste.
  2. In bowl, fold in shredded coconut and place mixture in the fridge for around 40 minutes to set enough you can shape it into balls.

Shape into balls and re-refrigerate 15 minutes then coat with more coconut and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
