—Yields 12 pieces

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup tahini
  • 8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter, softened
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon maca powder
  • 4 drops stevia liquid
  • ¼ teaspoon rose hips
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginseng
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions 

  1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, beat butter with hand mixer for 2 minutes. What you want is a soft, creamy consistency, like you want with cookie batter when you cream the butter and sugar.
  2. Add tahini and rest of ingredients and mix again with hand mixer for 1 minute. You want a thick, creamy consistency so they’ll form into cookies.
  3. Place mixture into small compartments of ice cube tray that makes mini ice cubes or small round shapes.
  4. Freeze for a few hours.
  5. Pop the fudge out of the ice cube tray and store in freezer.
  6. Eat freely when you need a lift either mentally or physically during the day, or before a workout at the gym. They’re great for sustained energy boosting.
